We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour.

Position: We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and other customer service issues.
• Collect past due accounts.
• Retrieve records and information.
• Research, check, and verify information.
• Communicate with other businesses, process payments, send paperwork and keep records.

Preferred:

• 2 years of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
• Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
• Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
