Fitzgerald Auto Mall has an immediate opening for a full-time Collections and Customer Service Associate for our consumer automotive finance division. We are looking for an individual that is detail oriented, independent worker that thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Collections and Customer Service Associate, you will assist our team in providing to our customers the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on (a) helping customers maintain their account with Kensington Finance on time and within their budget (b) answering customer questions on existing loans and (c) processing new loan and paid-in-full accounts.

Your specific duties, upon completion of training, will include:

• Collections – contact customers daily to resolve delinquency
• Account Management – handle incoming calls and documents for existing loans
• Payments – process payments based on customers’ telephone or written authorization
• Loan Payoff – process final payments and related account closing paperwork
• Insurance – process all insurance verification forms
• Process New Accounts – enter new contracts into the account management system
• Titles - enter new titles & security interest filings into the account management system

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Bilingual English & Spanish
