Highly regarded, growing firm – fabulous culture has a need for someone to work in a Collections role (B to B only) – hybrid schedule - 2 days in office.
Primary duties include:
Collection efforts of the company for a designated group of accounts via phone and email performing business to business collections.
Research and resolve past due receivables, including billing issues and customer deductions by working with various internal and external channels.
Inputting notes into system.
Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, sales reps and internal departments.

High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
·

Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Need 1 year+ experience in collections. SAP or ERP system experience helpful.
