Who We’re Looking For

PMP is looking for energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team. The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.

Position Duties:

  • Maintain collections for 60+ HOA accounts in multiple states (CA, AZ, UT, TX)
  • Firmly follow all civil code requirements for each state
  • Process Delinquency Trackers as needed for each assigned HOA
  • Process monthly Pre-Lien letters (CA), 209 letters (TX) & Final Notice letters (AZ)
  • Process Delinquent Assessment Liens (as approved)
  • Process Lien Releases (as needed)
  • Work with County Recording Office – eRecording documents
  • Process Foreclosures (as approved)
  • Monitor homeowner Payment Plans (monthly)
  • Adjust Late Fees and Interest on homeowner accounts as needed
  • Process daily Courtesy letters, 1st, and 2nd Notices for all HOA’s
  • Assist with posting attorney checks
  • Maintain emails daily (24-hour turnaround time)
  • Communicate with Attorneys, Board Members, Property Managers, and further support staff
  • Process and monitor Bankruptcy files (as needed)
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school education or higher required
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Well organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows
