Responsibilities and Expectations.
· Manage and supervise assigned collection Team.
· Lead individual assigned collection Team to success.
· Proficiency in the art of collecting money.
· Responsible for the continued training and teaching of their individual staff negotiation, tasking, and talk off skills.
· Responsible for all administrative tasks as needed for group.
· Enforce company policies.
· Lead by example by presenting a professional demeanor and attitude to Team
· Work on other duties as assigned.
· 3 years of relevant 1st party collections operations experience.
· Minimum of two-years supervisory experience preferred.
· Exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
· Experience in interviewing potential candidates.
· Must be competitive, detail oriented, and goal driven.
· Strong analytical skills and diligence with assigned tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
