Collections Manager - Get Hired Fast

We are looking for a Collections Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Managing, coaching, developing, and training associates to achieve expected departmental results to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and provide feedback when needed.
• Coordinating activities of collectors which may include auto-dialer and/or list strategies to maximize collection effort.
• Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow.
• Reviewing accounts that have been referred for repossession and legal actions against debtors.
• Assisting associates with collection activities in difficult cases and recommending collection techniques.
• Effectively managing a team of non-exempt associates maintaining unity among employees.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Three year minimum supervisory experience
• Three to five years of automotive collections experience.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
