Collections Specialist (Business-to-Business)

Location -Phoenix, Arizona (southeast valley)

Work Environment: Hybrid work environment

Summary:

Work for a dynamic rapidly expanding company that values employees and encourages them to grow! This role will be responsible for the management of cash applications and collections (business-to-business) activity. The role will interface regularly with multiple areas of the business and will require constant communication with commercial customer base.

Duties:

· Customer interface for aging and collection activities

· Regular reporting of collection status

· Obtain payment remittance detail

· Negotiates settlement of disputed account balance

· Reviews customer cash flow situation and formulates repayment plans

· Payment posting/cash applications

· Support internal cash forecasting

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth credit and collections processes.

Required experience, & Skills

· 2+ years of B2B Collections experience

· This role will require strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

· Commitment to providing top-notch customer service

· Strong Excel skills required

· Solid work ethic: ability to research, analyze data, and demonstrate effective problem solving.

· Problem-solving, critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
