The Collections Specialist at Multi-Flow Industries is responsible for the collection of outstanding account receivables, which includes providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate collections.

Collections Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resolve client-billing concerns and secure accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
• Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts
• Analyze billing variances and client inquiries to identify the root cause of the discrepancy

Requirements

• 2+ years of corporate collections experience
• Experience with Accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable
• Microsoft Office proficient (Excel and Word), ERP, and GL packages
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and highly organized
