What You'll Do

• Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts on behalf of our clients.


• Negotiate payment arrangements and account resolutions.


• Listen actively to understand each consumer's situation.


• Present available repayment options and solutions.


• Build rapport while maintaining professionalism and compliance.


• Document conversations and agreements accurately.


• Meet individual and team performance goals.


• Follow all company policies and applicable collection regulations.


• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Basic computer and data entry skills.


• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.


• Dependable attendance and punctuality.


• Ability to remain professional during difficult conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Collections experience.


• Call center experience.


• Customer service experience.


• Sales, banking, insurance, or account management experience.
