No collections experience is required. If you’ve worked in customer service, retention, cell phone sales or service, cable and internet support, or banking, your experience could translate into success here.

What you’ll do

• Help customers move from frustration toward practical solutions for past-due accounts.
• Explain available payment options and guide conversations toward clear next steps.
• Balance compassionate service with accountability for collections quotas and performance goals.
