About the Role:

Are you fluent in English and Spanish and ready to play a key role in loan collections? We’re seeking a Bilingual Collections Support Administrator to manage repossession and charge-off phases for delinquent loan accounts. You’ll work closely with recovery agents, auctions, towing companies, and attorneys to ensure proper collateral liquidation while maintaining compliance with regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor & track loan accounts in repossession/charge-off phases.   
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with vendors and members.   
• Coordinate repossessions and loan recovery with external agencies.  
• Ensure compliance with repossession policies and banking regulations.   
• Process sale proceeds, deficiency balance letters, and insurance claims.   
• Visit local auctions to evaluate repossessed vehicles and oversee liquidation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; a two-year business-related degree preferred.  
• Experience: At least six months to one year in a bank or credit union.    
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.   
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.    
• Knowledge: Familiarity with laws regarding collections, repossessions, and bankruptcy preferred.  
• Work Style: Able to work independently with accuracy and efficiency.
