Job Description - Collector

As a Collector you will be responsible for contacting customers who are delinquent on their loans, obtaining payments, or establishing a repayment plan. Duties and responsibilities include:

Handling delinquent accounts to include educating our customers in the importance of remaining current

Manage repossession process from initial assignment to vehicle pickup

Perform skip tracing utilizing internal tools such as Accurint and credit bureaus

Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues

Must follow up effectively with customer accounts in a timely manner

Meet department goals

We work hard to provide exceptional service to our large network of dealer partners. We specialize in dealer relations, not just financing their customers. Many of our dealerships have been with us for over 10 years.
