With over 75 years of experience in the print industry, we are dedicated to providing premium products through in-house production capabilities and a talented team of designers. We empower college students to earn real money and build their resume with dedicated design and sales training. Additionally, we partner with universities to support collegiate athletes through officially licensed name, image, and likeness (NIL) merchandise marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of student designers and sales representatives across assigned campuses
Coach and mentor students in design execution, sales strategy, client communication, and brand development
Foster a collaborative, high-energy, and supportive team culture
Creative Direction & Training
Lead design education, workshops, and feedback sessions to elevate creative quality
Provide hands-on creative support using industry design tools and best practices
Maintain brand standards across all student-created designs
Sales & Account Management
Support students in prospecting, pitching, and closing sales with campus organizations and local businesses
Help manage key client relationships and oversee order development from concept to production
Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities across accounts and campuses
Project & Production Management
Manage order workflows, production timelines, and communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Marketing & Program Growth
Support recruitment and marketing initiatives to grow program awareness
Contribute innovative ideas to improve sales strategy, operations, and student engagement
Qualifications
Strong background in graphic design and sales
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Experience in account management, client services, or relationship-based sales
Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing young talent
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
