 What You’ll Do:

  Perform high-quality collision repairs including frame work, panel replacement, dent removal, and refinishing

  
  


• 
  

  Repair and replace damaged parts (fenders, bumpers, hoods, quarter panels, etc.) to manufacturer standards

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with estimators, service advisors, and insurance reps to ensure accurate repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Use modern equipment like frame machines, welders, and sanders to ensure proper fit, function, and finish

  
  


• 
  

  Prep vehicles for paint: sanding, filling, masking, and priming

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect repairs and deliver vehicles that are safe, functional, and look like new

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document work and assist with mentoring junior technicians

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  
  

 What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in a collision repair or body shop environment

  
  


• 
  

  Strong skills in frame and unibody repair, welding, and bodywork

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with I-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer certifications (preferred but not required)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to diagnose damage and execute repairs efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  A keen eye for detail and dedication to doing the job right

  
  


• 
  

  Team-player mentality with excellent communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
