We are seeking a motivated and dependable Collision Center Detailer to join our growing collision repair team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every repaired vehicle is cleaned, inspected, and presented in showroom condition before delivery.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash, vacuum, and detail customer vehicles after collision repairs.


• Remove polishing compound, sanding dust, overspray, and other repair residue.


• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, door jambs, and interiors to delivery standards.


• Perform final vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet company quality expectations.


• Safely move customer vehicles throughout the collision center and parking lot.


• Maintain a clean and organized detailing area, wash bay, and equipment.


• Assist with vehicle staging, customer deliveries, and other shop support duties as needed.


• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing or collision center experience is preferred but not required.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.


• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.


• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.


• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
