Collision Center Estimator

• Establish good customer relations by providing excellent customer service, obtaining relevant customer information, and handling customer inquiries effectively
• Customers' primary point-of-contact for body repair services
• Ask questions to thoroughly understand customer needs to manage repair expectations 
• Timely communication between technical team and customers
• Provide world-class service via timely communication with internal teams and to the customer 
• Navigate online computer system for client info management + timely repair order workflow
• Record and maintain repair details in auto body shop records
• Other duties as assigned

• Licensed in state of New York to perform collision estimates
• 1 year experience in a collision repair center
• Excellent customer communication skills

• Self-discipline
• ADP/CDK experience preferred
