Collision Center Estimator

You can make $75,000- $150,000 per year!

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Customer Service


• Writing Estimates


• Obtain customer and vehicle information


• Maintain and develop relationships with vehicle owners, insurance personnel, fleet and manufacturers to negotiate costs and sell work


• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer


• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle


• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts


• Establish follow up time


• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order


• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications:

• PA State Appraiser License


• Knowledge of Insurance Procedures and Requirements


• Proficient with CCC One


• Knowledge of ALLDATA


• Previous experience in collision repair estimating


• Organized, motivated, and driven


• Detail oriented
