Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach is seeking a hardworking, dependable Collision Center Helper / Parts Employee to support our Collision Center operations. This position plays a key role in keeping the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently while assisting with parts management and daily shop activities.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts deliveries

Deliver parts and supplies to technicians as needed

Assist with parts returns, warranty parts, and inventory organization

Keep parts storage areas clean and organized

Empty shop trash containers and remove recyclables throughout the day

Clean and maintain shop common areas, workspaces, and parking areas

Assist with cleaning up after technicians and help keep repair stalls organized

Sweep floors, maintain equipment areas, and support overall shop cleanliness

Move vehicles safely as needed

Assist advisors, technicians, and parts staff with daily operational tasks

Help ensure a safe, professional, and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Automotive, warehouse, or collision center experience is a plus but not required
