Collision Center Manager - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Due to our recent growth trend, we are accepting resumes and applications for a Collision Center Manager.  This is a full-time, individual contributor role, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our collision center and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. As the Collision Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and overseeing all aspects of the collision repair process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Center Management experience
• CDK experience a plus
• CCC experience is required
• Collision Link experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE & I-Car Certification preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
