As a Parts Helper, you’ll be an essential member of our team, assisting with all aspects of parts handling and organization, including:
Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming parts deliveries.
Keeping shelves, bins, and storage areas neat, clean, and properly labeled.
Delivering parts to technicians and ensuring they have what they need for timely repairs.
Assisting with inventory counts and tracking parts usage.
Helping process parts returns, documentation, and data entry.
Supporting customer service needs and assisting with inquiries when needed.
Maintaining a safe and efficient workspace, following all dealership safety standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks throughout the day.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems.
Dependable, hard-working, and eager to learn.
Team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
Preferred:
Experience in an automotive parts department, collision center, or warehouse setting.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and collision repair processes.
