Parts Representative – Automotive

Job Responsibilities

• Quick on your feet to place parts in proper locations


• Participate in input of daily parts invoices


• Participate in and report shortages and/or damage


• Participate in parts warranty returns and maintain near zero open credit memos


• Participate in maintaining a tight control over parts inventory


• Participate in acquiring parts same day/next day


• Ensure the quality of customer service provided by Collision department


• Communicate effectively with technicians, estimators and management team


• Attend weekly daily/manager meetings

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Operator Driver License (must be insurable)

  This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operation an auto dealership.
