We are a rapidly expanding Medium & Heavy-Duty Truck Collision Center located in the South Metro Twin Cities. Our facility is large, modern, and built specifically for high-efficiency truck and commercial vehicle repairs. 

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician with automotive or truck body experience who is interested in expanding their skills into medium and heavy-duty truck collision repair. 

No heavy-duty experience? No problem. Skilled automotive collision technicians can successfully transition into truck repair, and we provide the training and support needed to grow in this specialized field. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform collision repair and structural repairs on automotive or commercial vehicles 
  • Repair or replace body panels, frames, and structural components 
  • Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards 
  • Conduct damage assessments and repair planning 
  • Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer specifications 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Experience as a Collision Repair Technician, Auto Body Technician, or Truck Body Technician 
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and body repair techniques 
  • Ability to perform structural repairs, panel replacement, and bodywork 
  • Commitment to quality craftsmanship and efficiency 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Interest in learning heavy-duty and commercial vehicle repair 
  • Commission Pay: Earn 35% – 41% of collected labor 
  • Higher Labor Rates: Heavy-duty truck repairs typically carry higher labor rates than standard automotive collision work
