Responsibilities

  Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, and structural work.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare, sand, and finish surfaces for painting.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate equipment such as welders, frame machines, and paint sprayers.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and other team members.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous experience as an auto body technician or related role.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and materials used in collision repair.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and understand repair estimates and technical manuals.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license (required).

  
  


• 
  

  I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (preferred but not required).
