Fort Washington Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, motivated, and quality-driven Body Shop Technician / Automotive Painter to join our team.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Perform collision and body repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare vehicles and body panels for refinishing.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform sanding, masking, priming, and paint preparation.

  
  


• 
  

  Mix and match automotive paint to achieve accurate color matches.

  
  


• 
  

  Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and other automotive finishes.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish.

  
  


• 
  

  Work efficiently to meet production and delivery schedules.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with estimators, management, and other technicians to ensure repairs are completed properly and on time.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Previous automotive body repair and/or painting experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of collision repair and refinishing techniques.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to produce high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with paint preparation, color matching, and refinishing.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

  
  


• 
  

  Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  I-CAR or other industry certifications are a plus.
