The Mast General Store in Columbia, SC is now hiring a Full-time Inventory Support Coordinator. This employee must possess initiative, tact and maturity, an aptitude for research, organizational and time management skills. This employee must also be able to multi-task efficiently and have creative problem-solving skills. This person works effectively as a Team Member, respecting and appreciating diverse viewpoints. They are dedicated to learning from others, asking questions and sharing information. Success in this role depends on adherence to Mast General Store Vision Mission and Service Statements and the performance of the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following items listed below and other duties the General Manager may assign.

• Coordinates inventory processing for Mast General Store truck shipments and other deliveries.
• Distributes incoming mail and ensures the outgoing mail is on the truck before it leaves.
• Must remain knowledgeable and up to date on Office 365 and other company technology platforms.
• Processes E-Commerce orders and shipments and Ship from Store orders
• Recycles all cardboard and any other recyclables.
• Keeps work areas neat and clean, safe from hazards and well organized.
• Participates in the general cleaning of the store, including sales floor, backstock, bathrooms, dressing rooms, etc.
• Keep supplies ordered and organized.
• Assists staff in floor sets and reorganizations.
• Appropriately and correctly receives new merchandise and transfers.
• Assists in customer transfers and/or buyer transfers.
• Assists in store Return to Vendor (RTV) process.
• Must be capable of performing duties of a Sales Associate.
