Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate to help drive mission integration to enable warfighter capabilities for resilient decision advantage.  Candidate will support C3BM decision-making with operational analysis and help lead stakeholder communities for DAF integrated capability delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Frameworks and Strategies: Create and implement CJADC2 requirements for the Department of the Air Force.


• Policy Development: Offer operational expertise to develop and oversee policy initiatives.


• Integration: Incorporate Weapons and Tactics into various exercises, tests, and evaluations.


• Requirements Definition: Identify and define current and future CJADC2 requirements.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather inputs from internal and external stakeholders, develop solutions, and document all organizational processes.


• Presentations: Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations.


• Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel as required.

What We Require:

• Security Clearance: Must possess a minimum TOP SECRET clearance.


• Experience: Expert in USAF/USN (Joint) Battle Management Command and Control or Intelligence background.

What We Desire:

• Process Coordination: Demonstrated ability to create and coordinate processes efficiently across multiple teams.


• Presentation Skills: Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling and informative briefings.


• Tactics Training: Graduate of USAF Weapons School or USN Top Gun or USMC Weapons and Tactics Instructor course.


• Experience: Command and Control or Intelligence background with an emphasis on Air Operations Center (AOC), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR).
