POSITION SUMMARY: Showroom Combo Bartenders work under the direction of F&B Management while providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. Each bartender’s primary objective is to show our guests quality service with properly executed craft cocktails

Creating memorable craft cocktails
Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with guests
Strictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and can successfully "slow down a guest" or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary
Qualifications:
Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to successfully complete knowledge and skills assessment
Ability to multitask
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with team members and guests
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain required work cards
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
Polished appearance and demeanor

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and always promoting the companies’ policies and procedures
Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs
Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests
Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with guests
Strictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and can successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary
Be able to make suggestions to guests based upon guests drink preferences
Know the drinks available and cost; be able to answer guests’ questions and work quickly and efficiently
Cleanliness of the bar and surrounding area
Meet and exceed all SNHD health and safety standards
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50 pounds

Requirements
Required:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to successfully complete knowledge and skills assessment
Working knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
Maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed appearance, with proper personal hygiene
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, and communicate in a positive manner with team members, guests, and management
Maintain a friendly, upbeat, outgoing, energetic personality always
Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
Read, write, speak, and understand English
Must be reliable and conscientious
Must be accurate and detail oriented
Must be flexible to constantly changing work environments, service positions and outlet team structures
Must be able to adapt to Las Vegas weather including, wind, rain, extreme heat and extreme cold
Be able to stand on their feet for extended hours at a time
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards
Preferred:
At least 2 years of experience as a bartender
Previous experience working with complex craft cocktails
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
