Description

You will meet with homeowners to discuss options for new HVAC equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop strong relationships with prospects through networking and referrals

* Present a professional and knowledge expertise that positively reflects our company

* Work with team members to ensure project needs are met

* Meet required sales volume and sales margin quotas

* Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Requirements

* Two years of sales experience

* Experienced in residential HVAC sales

* Proven track record for customer negotiations

* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

* Strong negotiation skills

* Ability to provide strong sales presentation of features and benefits that fit customer needs

* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Valid Texas Driver’s license

* Service Titan experience a big plus!
