Responsibilities:

• Run leads that are generated by technicians or marketing, consistently closing and hitting KPIs
• Follow the system for comfort surveys and presentations to customers in-home
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Additional duties and responsibilities as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, adjusting as needed

• Proven experience in commission sales, preferably in a related industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
