Job Description - Comin' Up Program- Site Director (Full-Time)

Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is currently accepting resumes for the Comin; Up Site Director. The Comin’ Up Site Director is responsible for leadership, participation, case management, program implementation, facility and child safety and administrative compliance.
Responsibilities include:
Implementation of recruitment plans.
Case management processes and outcomes.
Coordinate and supervise wrap-around social services.
Coordinate the program vision and completing grant and contract requirements.
Provide services on-site during program hours and possibly virtually.
Assist with community outreach if required.
Manage and supervise site staff.
Work sites are located in low income areas, challenging neighborhoods, and growth neighborhoods. This position requires working with large groups of youth that are gang members, affiliated with a gang, and at risk for joining gang. Position also requires overseeing work locations as well as supervises multiple employees.
The Comin’ Up Gang Intervention Program serves at-risk and gang-involved youth between the ages of 12-18 years in Fort Worth communities. The goal of the Comin’ Up Gang Intervention Program is to positively impact the lives of at risk and gang involved youth by providing needs-based services and activities to reduce the level of gang violence in the City of Fort Worth.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma
Experience with management, fiscal responsibility, case management and youth programming
Minimum two years experience providing social services
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work regular program hours which includes day, evening and night hours with periodic weekends. Required night hours are 7:00pm – 11:00pm Monday - Friday
Ability to attract, train and retain qualified personnel
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships
Ability to persuade, influence, and motivate others into action
Demonstrated success managing relationships with varied community stakeholders.
Effective time management, organizational and planning skills;
Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies and methodology
Experience in successfully meeting government funded contracts with deliverables for performance
Knowledge of problems and barriers at-risk youth face
Must be a team player, willing to collaborate and make team decisions
Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
Must be able to pass any and all required background screens and drug screens at any time
Position requires driving personal vehicle and company vehicle. Candidates must have reliable transportation, liability insurance, satisfactory driving record and a valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under the company insurance the requirement is for employee to be a minimum of age 21
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, social service major preferred
Knowledge of gangs and/or gang activity; knowledge of gang culture and gang intervention.
Experience or knowledge of Boys & Girls Club movement (national and/or local)
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $52,800 (exempt; full-time)
