Communications Clerk (PRN)

Under the supervision of the Director of Public Safety and Telecommunications, this position processes all incoming calls to Broadlawns Medical Center, maintains current information on patients, on-call schedules for Medical Staff personnel and performs clerical tasks as assigned.

Schedule

PRN positions work on an as-needed basis. Shift 7A-3P

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent

•  Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with others

• Ability to communicate in a pleasant, positive and effective manner with staff, patients, visitors, and all levels of management

• Ability to remain calm during crisis situations
