Commercial Account Manager- Great Opportunity!!!

Essential Functions:

• 
  Responsible for utilizing industry and company sales protocol to ensure the active identification, contact, cost estimating and closing of profitable new commercial service agreement sales. 


• 
  Aggressively seeks out and establishes new commercial service agreement clients.  Increase sales to existing clients and establish relationships with potential new clients to close sales.


• 
  Maintain detailed data base of potential and existing commercial service clients to include: business name, contact name, phone number; age, type, capacity, location and access requirements for the equipment and service agreement renewal date.


• 
  Coordinates the full resources of the company and its suppliers to maximize the commercial customer sales relationship (potential).


• 
  Build customer preference for the company’s unique position in the market.


• 
  Contact the owners of commercial projects in progress to estimate and secure new service agreements. 


• 
  Review monthly “Scheduled Call Reports” and renew expired or outdated agreements.


• 
  Secures payment in full terms on all sold replacement jobs, which includes but is not limited to securing commercial leasing contracts.

  Experienced is sourcing and developing sales pipelines

  Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems


• 
  Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements


• 
  Must pass a background and drug test


• 
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: 

• 
  Ability to stand, bend, crawl in tight spaces


• 
  Ability to work efficiently in all weather extremes


• 
  Ability to work above ground level with no fear of heights
