Job Description - Commercial Account Manager

Commercial Account Manager – Retail & Private Brands
Location: DePere, WI (100% onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent W-2
Compensation: Up to $120,000 / year
Travel: Regular car and air travel (including overnight)
Eligibility: Valid Driver’s License required
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Business/Sales preferred (relevant experience considered)

What You’ll Do

  • Grow Key Accounts: Maintain and expand relationships with existing large and mid-size retail and private-brand customers.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnerships within your territory to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Product Expertise: Become the go-to resource on our product line—advise customers and support internal teams on solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare and present persuasive quotes, product samples, and proposals; negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and logistics to streamline order tracking and optimize customer strategies.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales or account management, with at least 2–3 years in retail or the food industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills, professional presentation abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Organization & Drive: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly by car and air, including overnight stays.
