Our Shreveport-Bossier City branch is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing sales professional to join our team. Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Pest Control Salesperson in the Baton Rouge area to drive new business and build strong client relationships in the commercial sector. If you enjoy outside sales, solving customer problems, and working with a well-established local company, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties to evaluate pest control needs
• Create and present custom service proposals to business decision-makers
• Close contracts and meet/exceed monthly sales goals
• Serve a wide range of industries: restaurants, hotels, healthcare, schools, industrial facilities, and more
• Coordinate with the local Shreveport service team to ensure successful onboarding
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales activity reports

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Daytime hours with flexibility based on customer needs

• High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
• 1+ year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Willing to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
