Commercial Accounts Outside Coordinator

We’re looking for a Commercial Account Outside Coordinator to be the go-to resource for our valued Commercial Account customers. In this role, you’ll ensure vehicles are reconditioned to customer standards, represent their best interests, and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with Commercial Account customers.
   
• Oversee and coordinate mechanical and body work orders (including PDR, Body Shop, and Transportation).
   
• Suggest and approve reconditioning services that improve vehicle quality and maximize returns.
   
• Communicate directly with customers on sale inventory and service updates.
   
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure accurate, efficient handling of consignment.
   
• Cross-sell additional auction services to enhance customer experience.
   
• Walk the lot and sale line with customers, ensuring vehicles meet expectations.

Experience in vehicle reconditioning, repair approvals, or commercial accounts is a plus.

A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.

High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer focused/relationship sales experience, telephone skills, PC skills, industry knowledge preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and math skills.
