Commercial Accounts Representative

Are you detail-driven, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Commercial Accounts Representative to manage designated commercial accounts and ensure every task meets consignor expectations. In this role, you’ll be the link between customers, vendors, and our internal teams—keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Build strong, professional relationships with assigned accounts, vendors, and internal teams.

Oversee transportation, condition reports, sale setups, and repair approvals.

Communicate clearly and promptly through AutoIMS, emails, and phone calls.

Ensure vehicles are represented accurately and customer standards are consistently met.

Handle documentation, reports, and files with precision and confidentiality.

Proactively anticipate and resolve issues to keep customers satisfied.

Support sale day operations, ensuring lineups and charges are accurate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
   
• Ability to follow through, multitask, and work under time constraints.
   
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
   
• Knowledge of reconditioning, AutoIMS, or commercial accounts is a plus.
• High school Diploma or equivalent; telephone skills, PC skills, Microsoft Office skills. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, self-motivated, multi task, and very detailed organizational skills a must.
