About the Role

Fol Management LLC d/b/a Flow seeks Commercial and Corporate Counsel  in NY, NY to advise and represent clients in all corporate lifecycle phases from formation, corporate governance to exits; manage due diligence, draft commercial agreements and corporate documents; advise on legal risks across business operations. Foreign language a plus. Require 2 years' previous experience as an Associate in Big Law firms, must have prior experience working with startups, familiarity with tax and data privacy laws. Occasional travel to company HQ in Miami, FL for all company meetings. $93662/p.a.
