Commercial & Industrial Painting Project Manager

This full-time role offers a salary range of $65,000 – $140,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in commercial or industrial painting, excels at cost estimating, and is confident leading multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Based in Hawthorne, you will be a key point of contact for clients, field teams, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive proposals using architectural drawings and specifications.
• Develop project schedules, allocate labor, and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise field crews to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and ensure projects remain profitable.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project updates, changes, and expectations.
• Manage documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Coordinate material procurement and scheduling to prevent delays.
• Utilize estimating software and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis.

• Proven experience managing commercial or industrial painting projects.
• Strong expertise in estimating, bidding, and proposal development.
