Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance - Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Summary
Our client is seeking a Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team! Whether you are new to the insurance industry or a seasoned agent, this is a laid-back, people-first workplace that offers flexibility, work-life balance, and a family-friendly environment. Responsibilities
Assist clients with their personal and commercial insurance needs
Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service and support
Process applications, policy changes, and claims follow-ups
Re-market accounts when necessary and assist with invoicing and billing
Build lasting relationships by providing helpful and knowledgeable service
Requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in banking, customer service, or related fields is a plus
Ability to work independently without micromanagement
Education/Certification Requirements
Connecticut Property & Casualty license preferred
Open to candidates who are actively working toward licensure
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience in insurance (personal lines, commercial lines, or both)
