Summary

Our client is seeking a Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team! Whether you are new to the insurance industry or a seasoned agent, this is a laid-back, people-first workplace that offers flexibility, work-life balance, and a family-friendly environment. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their personal and commercial insurance needs

• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service and support

• Process applications, policy changes, and claims follow-ups

• Re-market accounts when necessary and assist with invoicing and billing

• Build lasting relationships by providing helpful and knowledgeable service

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Experience in banking, customer service, or related fields is a plus

• Ability to work independently without micromanagement

Education/Certification Requirements

• Connecticut Property & Casualty license preferred

• Open to candidates who are actively working toward licensure

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance (personal lines, commercial lines, or both)
