Top performers in this role earn $150,000–$200,000 annually through a competitive base salary plus commission plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and maintain strong client relationships through direct outside sales for both commercial and residential roofing projects in Cañon City, Pueblo, and Colorado Springs.
  
  


• Manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
  
  


• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire roofing and insurance claims process.
  
  


• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet timelines and quality standards.
  
  


• Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and collections.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales and project management experience in commercial and/or residential roofing.
  
  


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  
  


• Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology (smartphone, computer, CRM software).
  
  


• Valid driver’s license.
  
  


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely access rooftops as needed.
