Position Overview As a Commercial Applicator, you will be at the forefront of our Fertilizer Force, enhancing the health and aesthetics of commercial lawns through precise application of fertilizers, weed control treatments, and pest management. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients' landscapes are vibrant, healthy, and professionally maintained. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial properties following label instructions and safety protocols. 

• Diagnose and treat lawn issues, including weeds, pests, and diseases, to promote optimal turf health. 

• Conduct soil testing to inform treatment plans and ensure effective applications. 

• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and customer interactions. 

• Operate and maintain equipment such as spreaders, sprayers, and aerators, ensuring they are in good working condition. 

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and offering recommendations for lawn care improvements. 

• Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. 

• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Colorado Commercial Applicator License 

• ISA Certified Arborist 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

 • Experience in lawn care or related fields preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
