Central Bank is looking for motivated individuals to join our Commercial Banker Trainee Program—a full-time, paid, three-year track designed to develop high-potential talent into confident, capable commercial bankers.

What You’ll Experience

This program combines structured learning, hands-on rotations, and real client interaction across key banking functions:

• Relationship Banking
• Credit Analysis
• Commercial Lending Support
• Treasury Management

You’ll gain the skills and confidence to take on increasingly complex commercial banking responsibilities.

Your Path, Year by Year

Year 1: Foundation in Relationship Banking

• Learn banking products, systems, and compliance fundamentals
• Serve individual and business customers with their day-to-day banking needs
• Begin developing relationship management and service skills

Year 2: Commercial Banking Immersion

• Credit Analysis (6 months): Evaluate financial statements and assess borrower risk
• Commercial Lending Support (3 months): Assist with loan preparation, client servicing, and documentation
• Treasury Management (3 months): Support business clients with cash flow and liquidity solutions

Year 3: Full Engagement in Commercial Banking

• Work alongside commercial lenders on real deals
• Assist in structuring loans and building business relationships
• Take part in strategic conversations with business clients
• Prepare for long-term placement in a commercial banking role
