Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Builder to manage and oversee construction projects in the commercial sector, including light commercial developments and renovations. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of commercial construction projects.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with commercial building codes, safety regulations, and specifications.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.

• Address challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial construction (light commercial, retail, office, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of commercial codes, regulations, and permitting.

• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication skills.
