Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) has been in business since 2013. We are a growing company providing superior emergency property restoration services restoring structural and personal property caused by water, fire, mold, storm, biohazard, and other conditions. Summary:

Drive commercial growth by targeting key decision-makers in property management, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial sectors. Build strong B2B relationships, generate high-quality leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Promote restoration services through direct outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and      generate leads within commercial sectors.
  • Develop      relationships with facility managers, contractors, insurance agents, and      trade professionals.
  • Deliver      tailored presentations, proposals, and solutions that align with client      needs.
  • Manage the full      sales cycle from lead to onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed      sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain      accurate CRM records and activity reports.
  • Represent the      company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Support clients      throughout project life cycle and collections process.
  • Inspect      properties for water, fire, and storm damage.

Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of      B2B or outside sales experience; restoration or construction industry      preferred.
  • Bachelor’s      degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with      CRM platforms (Dash experience a plus).
  • Strong      communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's      license and ability to travel daily.

  

Work Conditions:

  • Field-based      with daily local travel; occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Physical      requirements include lifting to 60 lbs. and inspecting damaged properties.
  • Exposure to job      sites with heat, humidity, or airborne particles.
  • Office and      remote work options available.
