We're looking for a Commercial Cleaning Manager who knows how to lead from the front, inspire quality work, and grow with a team that actually values high performance.
Position Details:
Pay: Compensation will be a base salary plus a revenue share with the opportunity for other ongoing bonuses. A minimum level of pay will be set.
Schedule: 30–40 hours/week, mostly evenings with some daytime flexibility
Bonus Opportunities: Quarterly performance bonuses & referral bonuses for quality hires or leads on new work
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee cleaners across various commercial sites
- Handle scheduling, training, and coaching for top-notch results
- Jump in hands-on when needed — you're not afraid to lead by example
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and communicate with clients
- Track supply needs and coordinate with vendors
