Job Description

As our Commercial Construction Project Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing complex projects from concept to completion while working alongside experienced field teams and industry professionals.

• Lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving forward.
• Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify challenges early, develop practical solutions, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Support quality control, jobsite safety, and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor strongly preferred.
• Understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
• Experience managing commercial ground-up projects or major renovations is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project is helpful.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local project teams and visit jobsites throughout the Lehigh Valley.
