Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
Managing an entire team
Developing and managing detailed project plans,

scheduling , soliciting pricing, pushing change orders, purchasing, preconstruction, etc.
Field work as needed
Overseeing all phases of projects, including procurement, construction, and closeout, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Coordinating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
Profile
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
Mid-level career PM
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
5+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial GC
Self motivated, able to move with urgency
Willing to roll up their sleeves, work with the supers in the field if needed
Reporting to Head of Operations
MUST

have scheduling experience
