Construction Project Manager Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years experience. Commercial and/or industrial construction handling projects cost $10mm+ experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in the construction industry will be considered.
The PM will support the building side of our business, where we handle a wide range of projects, including warehouses, factories, manufacturing facilities, logistics/trucking centers, office spaces, auto dealerships, aviation hangars, higher education institutions, parking structures, self-storage facilities, and more.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working for a commercial general contractor
Must have experience working on commercial project values of $5mm - $30mm+
High School Diploma or higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor
Strong communication skills & leadership ability
Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction-related software
