Requirements

Major Responsibilities:

• Market and grow relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and other target audiences

• Manage multiple ongoing remodeling

• Provide a detailed scope of loss and estimate on remodeling projects and property improvement projects

• Negotiate and secure approval on the scope of the project with the property owner

• Oversee contracts, job files, estimates, changes orders, certificates of completion and other pertinent paperwork

• Coordinate financials including invoices draws and final payment

• Develop a vendor network to of skilled trades to compliment Paul Davis in-house services

• Create the project budget and work with a project manager on producing the job while hitting financial goals

• Hit or exceed annual sales goal with expected margins

• Achieve top-rated customer service ratings

• Grow knowledge of new industry technology, building products, and current building trends

• Participate in networking events to develop referrals and grow Paul Davis’ brand

Necessary Qualifications:

• Professional in communication and presentation

• Enjoy a fast-paced and sales focused environment

• Must be outgoing, driven, and have a passion for success

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• A responsible self-starter who is motivated by success

• Familiarity with estimating/design software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Display a positive and proactive attitude

• Effective oral & written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Travel approximately 10-15% (in state)

• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience

• 3+ years experience in remodeling, design, and estimating

Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Sometimes may need to be flexible with hours. Be Dependable!
