Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations in Midland, TX. This role oversees daily field activities, manages subcontractors, ensures safety and quality, and keeps projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations


• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers


• Enforce safety and quality standards


• Maintain project schedules and documentation


• Communicate with Project Managers and clients

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction with ground up experience


• Government project experience preferred


• Strong leadership and scheduling skills


• OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)
